Story
Get to Know Us
Over thirty years in the roofing industry in leak detection and production. I have seen many unwarrantable details drawn and executed. I have seen many customers not get what they paid for, and I've seen many customers being disappointed leading to never ending battles between contractors and building owners.
Our mission is to educate the building owners and buyers of our community on what products work best for what applications, and ensure that they get the quality that they paid for and to protect against fraud or subpar roofing applications.

Review Drawings or Blueprints
Go over drawing or blueprints to ensure that customers are able to be covered under warranty, working with engineer/ architect to collaborate to alternative designs to pass any warranty and safeguard customers products as well as provider years of satisfactory results from roof

Supervise and ensure Customer satisfaction of each job thru consistent monitoring
Make personal appearances on the job site at various times and photograph and review to align finish product with drawings or blueprints provided, making customer satisfaction the number 1 priorty.

Oversee Installation of Patio Paver Systems
Ensuring any patio paver systems installed over the roof set on the proper substrate, that all ADA codes are meet as well as pavers being level, true and aligned properly. This helps ensure customer safety and as well as long term satisfaction of product.
